生产专员production specialist-九游会

主要职责responsible:
1、根据生产任务，编制生产计划，并组织有序生产，监督生产进度；
make production plan according to production tasks, organize production and supervise production progress
2、负责生产体系文件的建立和维护：工艺标准，操作sop，报表及所有安全、质量审核文件；
responsible for the establishment and maintenance of production system documents: process standards, operation sops, reports and all safety and quality audit documents
3、深入贯彻公司的安全生产制度，确保安全文明生产；
implement the company's safety production system to ensure safe and civilized production
4、采买生产所需辅材及工具，按需分配避免浪费；
purchase auxiliary materials and tools required for production and distribute them according to needs to avoid waste
5、处理生产时的机器设备或电脑异常；
deal with machine/equipment or computer abnormalities during production
6、协调作业人员的工作安排及岗前岗中培训；
coordinate work arrangement and safety and 5s training for workers
7、协调生产各单位以及其他部门的沟通工作；
coordinate the communication between production units and other departments
8、生产过程中所发生问题的记录，跟踪和处理结果；
record, track and solve the problems in the production process
9、5s维护；
5s maintenance
10、完成领导交办其它的工作内容。

岗位要求requirement:
1、大专及以上学历，能吃苦耐劳；
college degree or above, work hard
2、具有良好的文字处理能力，组织协调能力，沟通能力；
good word processing ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability
3、具有团队合作精神，良好的自我管理能力；
team spirit, good self-management ability
4、良好的办公软件能力，能看懂图纸；
good office (excel…) skills, able to understand drawings
5、良好的英文书写能力，可简单英文口语沟通；
good english writing skills, simple oral english communication
6、有自行车组装工作经验优先；
experience in bicycle assembly is preferred

工作时间 working time: 8:00-17:00 monday-saturday
